How to make image editing, running as root and opening terminal easier

screenshot-208 There are some interesting packages what make quick-edit of images easier, let you run any script as root and evan open terminal in any place, depend of where are you in Nautilus. That delivered special functions are in the context menu of Nautilus. When you have ones, you can resize or rotate images from context menu and do other interesting things as I have just itemized. There’s no requirement of any running application such as GIMP.

Copy of book about Mac OS X dedicated for me

p1010019 There’s one guy in Poland who is crazy about Apple, I think. He programs software for Mac OS X, he runs blog about Apple, he makes videocast about Apple and he writes books about Apple. I have one of books of him. I had talked with him and I decided to send him copy of mine. He signed this copy and sent it back to me. Here it is.

Seesmic

screenshot-188 I’m using Seesmic now. I saw this site the first time at AntyWeb, which is Polish blog about Web 2.0. I figured out it can be very useful. Every massage in this social network is a video. Even private massage. It is strange a little for me, but I don’t mention it, because it’s pretty good website and with my advice it will be a crap ;)
